Djerriwarrh Health Services (jeriworah) - DjHS operates from a number of facilities, these include Bacchus Marsh & Melton Regional Hospital, Melton Health, Grant Lodge, Melton Community Health Centre, Bacchus Marsh Community Health Centre, Caroline Springs Community Health Centre. We provide for a significant range of birthing, surgical, medical, urgent care, palliative care, ambulatory care, dental, aged/residential care, and community based services.
Djerriwarrh Health Services offers a number of supportive, innovative Graduate Programs. Some programs are collaborative with Ballarat Health Service, which provides Graduates with the best of both worlds: a community health service and a large regional health service. Djerriwarrh Health Services strives to provide the best learning opportunities to Graduates through study days,specialty placements and supportive clinical education. Our staff are extremely welcoming and take pride in the development of junior staff.
VOLUNTEEREING WITH DJERRIWARRH HEALTH SERVICES
Without the valuable support of dedicated volunteers, we would not be able to provide the range of services that we do. As a volunteer, you will be actively involved in contributing to improving the services to those who look to us for care. Djerriwarrh Health Services is continually welcoming and seeking new volunteers from our community. We have volunteers programs that cover social support, transport, meals on wheels, events, promotions, quality and committees.
