The Referral and Appointment Service provides an important role to the organisation. It is the first point of contact for patients seeking an outpatient appointment.
We are looking for someone or people to fill up to 71 hours per fortnight. The Referral and Appointment Services works weekdays with some flexibility of hours through the day.
We are looking for someone who:
- Works well in multidisciplinary team and busy environments.
- Has strong communication skills.
- Experience in iPM (Patient Management Systems) is highly desirable.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet set standards.
- Willingness to learn.
- Training will be provided to the successful applicant.

Djerriwarrh Health Services is a dynamic and rapidly expanding public health service providing Acute, Community, Maternity and Aged Care to the City of Melton and Shire of Moorabool in Melbourne's Western suburbs.
This role, based at both the Melton and the Bacchus Marsh Hospital campuses, will allow for a short commute from the bustling CBD to a centrally located facility close to public transport, local cafes, artisan shops, weekend getaways, vineyards and parkways.
The successful applicant will be required to have undergo pre-employment suitability screening including: a current police check, working with children and Australian work rights. Regretfully, Djerriwarrh is unable to offer sponsorship.
